Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your eyeglasses, our customer service will get back to you with detailed information about how to return them according to your case. All Returns must be returned in their unworn, original condition.
Package your glasses securely and leave a note including your name, order number, e-mail box used when you place the order, and a brief note describing the return reason for the glasses so that Zeelool can inspect the glasses.
Zeelool would feel sorry if your glasses got lost during the shipment. Therefore, shipping your return by a traceable method is recommended.

I also got the address in NJ. Idk if I’m getting my replacement or not. Did this work for anyone else?
It never worked for me. A purchase of $132 was gone just like that. They gave me same address, I mailed it back with UPS and that was it. I followed up and down to no where.. I gave up, but never buying nothing there again.
Looking for a return level cause I ordered two pairs of the same glasses one is without the prescription. That’s the one I would like to return.

This is so freaking ridiculous. I want my money back. You all ppl are the worse, I never received my glasses. Goin on a month now . Can’t get in contact with anyone. They don’t respond to you at all. They took my money . FedEx have my glasses on hold at customs and these people will not assist. Now FedEx want me to pay 80 dollars to release my glasses. These ppl are ridiculous
Yeah their a scam they messed up my prescription and I would have to pay to have it shipped back and I would have to repurchase them
