It's been 2months and only thing I've received was the run-around
They didn't give my glasses the magnification I requested. They have no increase. I request a refund of my money
I have emailed 5times requesting my refund. I keep getting an email to reply above the line which does not work. The telephone number tells me to call back that no one is able to talk to me. I want my refund. This has been going on since Jan. 23. 2024. I want my money.

I just called the 1 302 990 0169 telephone number and was told that "there is no support agent to take my call to call back later".

Yeah I’m getting the same shit going on with mine, I want my money back and they can keep the glasses they are so thick I cannot even see through my lenses
