    I have emailed 5times requesting my refund.  I keep getting an email to reply above the line which does not work.  The telephone number tells me to call back that no one is able to talk to me.  I want my refund.  This has been going on since Jan. 23. 2024.  I want my money.

    I just called the 1 302 990 0169 telephone number and was told that "there is no support agent to take my call to call back later".

  • Yeah I’m getting the same shit going on with mine, I want my money back and they can keep the glasses they are so thick I cannot even see through my lenses

    Zeelool is giving me a run around..my package was lost and now they told to get in contact with FedEx and FedEx said call the postal office and they did a investigation and couldn't find the package. so they told me to see if zeelool could help me because they can't help me.at this point i just want my refund please it's been so frustrating
