    I have written four times to get the address to send my return to (my return has been approved, but an address was not given).

    I then called: I was put on hold, got the message that the wait time is an average of three minutes, and then after waiting for a minute, I got a message that I had to call back.

    What is the address to send the return to???

    I HAVE WRITTEN AT LEAST 8 TIMES TO GET THE ADDRESS FOR MY RETURN. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTLEY GARBAGE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WRITE 8 TIMES, TO GET A RETURN ADDRESS. THIS FEELS LIKE FRAUD. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND MY PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT HAVING TO HASSLE THE COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALL HAVE A RETURN POLICY STATING THAT I CAN. 

     

    I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER ANOTHER PAIR OF GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

    i've emailed, called several times to get an address for my return, no replies.  bad service, VOOGUEME did the same thing.  I will never ever order from the place again.

    I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF GLASSES, CORRECT Rx in one pair, WRONG Rx in 2nd pair, can't get any replies to any of my emails, called and someone hung up on me, very unprofessional company, makes me think they are operating out of some one's back yard.  I'd plan to order many pairs of glasses from this (whatever you want to call it) backyard, company, someone's house, it would have benefit them to put the right rx in the 2nd pair, now they will take a loss from my $$$$$$$$.  BAD, BAD, BAD UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

    I GUESS WE ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN SCEPTICAL WHEN WE DID NOT SEE AN ADDRESS, I'm sure they are operating out of some foreign  country.

    NEVER order from this place! They lost my order and will not refund me its been over a month and they keep giving me the run around. The items they lost were sold out and they still won't refund the full amount. Horrible customer service. Legal action will be taken if I don't get my money back!

    I should have checked the comments here first before ordering.

    We were all actually scammed out of our money. Buggy site- I know I inputted the correct shipping address but for some reason my email address showed up for it and my glasses never made it to me, and terrible customer service. They said they'll refund me 70% which I think isn't enough, and I now reading these comments I'm afraid I won't even see any of the money I spent here again.

    Actually scammed. This is bullshit.

    I received glasses but the prescription is a joke. The company is in China I believe and it ships through Korea . Should have known- I’m buying American from now on. Vogueme is this company and so are several others under different names. As others have said - buyer beware!!!!
