Package your glasses securely and leave a note including your name, order number, e-mail box used when you place the order, and a brief note describing the return reason for the glasses so that Zeelool can inspect the glasses.
Zeelool would feel sorry if your glasses got lost during the shipment. Therefore, shipping your return by a traceable method is recommended.

I have been emailing, calling, and messaging on social media for proper return instructions since February 15, and have yet to receive an answer.
