Several simple instructions are as follows:
Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your eyeglasses, our customer service will get back to you with detailed information about how to return them according to your case. All Returns must be returned in their unworn, original condition.
Package your glasses securely and leave a note including your name, order number, e-mail box used when you place the order, and a brief note describing the return reason for the glasses so that Zeelool can inspect the glasses.
Zeelool would feel sorry if your glasses got lost during the shipment. Therefore, shipping your return by a traceable method is recommended.

I also got the address in NJ. Idk if I’m getting my replacement or not. Did this work for anyone else?
It never worked for me. A purchase of $132 was gone just like that. They gave me same address, I mailed it back with UPS and that was it. I followed up and down to no where.. I gave up, but never buying nothing there again.
