I need for someone to be available in order to assist me before I make this $118.92 + shipping purchase. No one is responding to me. I have tried calling the 302-990-0619 contact and unable to contact anyone to the phone. I am calling on 12:40 p.m. eastern American standard time and don't know what else to do- By the time they decide to contact me, I don't know and may not be available whenever they do decide to do so. What gives! this is not the way customers should be treated. I have a question before I make my purchase, would someone be so kind to come forward and address my concerns before I make this purchase; trying to avoid filling out my prescription incorrectly for NOT glasses but SUNglasses! What is done when a person wants their Sunglasses to be readers in order to see things up close, like their phone? I am asking this because my prescription requires a positive SPH and their is no + SPH to place on my prescription- for SUNGLASSES, so what is my options when I want READER SUNGLASSES, because it DOES give me the option to chose my SUNGLASSES as READERS. Why does it give me that option to place them as READERS but not give me an option in the SPH when their is not positive SPH❓❓
