What is necessary to place order at Zeelool?

a. Prescription and PD

An eyeglass prescription is necessary to process your prescription glasses. (If there is no problem with your eye and you do not need prescription lenses, you could choose non-prescription lenses)

An eyeglass prescription is a pad issued by your eye doctor after an eye exam, specifying all the numbers and signs which is used for us to produce eyeglasses for you. 

Please make sure it's a valid eyeglass prescription (make sure it’s not for contacts!).

PD stands for Pupillary Distance, which is the distance between your pupils in millimeters. PD is very important for accurately fitting your lenses to achieve visual acuity.

If there is no PD value on your prescription paper, you could measure it by yourself. How to measure your pupillary distance (Check with your doctor is recommended)

b. PayPal Account/Credit Card/Debit Card

We currently accept payment methods via PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card, which will guarantee a convenient and secure payment environment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay using a credit card/debit card.

BTW, currently, we do not accept checks and cash.

c. Shipping address

Your shipping information is necessary, including your Name, Residential/Postal address, and Phone Number included.

Please note, if you choose Express Service, don't use your P.O. Box in your address.
