    It says express operation is complete and it says that the last place they were in is like 50 miles away yet, no glasses?

    My mistake for not seeing the reviews first... very dissatisfied with the service. Customer service area does not answer. I ordered on March 3 and there is still no information in the system.. they have already been charged and there is no progress on the order

    I ordered a pair of glasses last month and in less 2weeks they broke the screw came out on the side along with other problems i wish i would'vewent somewhere else. They are to replace them but it's taking forever for the knew ones to come.
