1. What Is My Store Credit?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your Zeelool account where you will be able to store and access your credits if you return items and choose a store credit instead of a refund to the original Credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna account used to make the purchase.
2. How To Use My Store Credit?
You may view your wallet balance by signing onto your account and clicking “My Store Credit” under “My Assets” or at checkout. You may apply your Zeelool store credit balance to purchase on Zeelool only, subject to the Terms, excluding the purchase of a Zeelool VIP membership. Please note that the currency used to pay for your order can only be used as USD.
3. Can I still pay with my wallet if I have already applied bonus points and/or a coupon code?
Yes! You may use your store credit balance as well as a coupon and/or bonus points, subject to the Terms.
4. Can I Withdraw The Money From My Store Credit?
If you return an item and choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchase, you will not be able to redeem the store credit for cash.
5. Can I Transfer My Store Credit Balance To Another ZEELOOL Account?
Unfortunately, transferring the store credit balance from one Zeelool account to another Zeelool account is not possible.
6. I Never Used The Store Credit Balance, Why Is It Empty?
If you checked out with your store credit balance but did not complete the transaction, the balance applied will stay with the unpaid order. To restore the balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the CANCEL button in My Orders, and the balance will be returned to your wallet.
Please note: The store credit cannot be used for price differences and VIP services.

this doesn't work. i can't see my wallet credit at checkout.
My wallet is no longer visible. And I have not made a order since, I received my refund credit.
I tried to check out with my store credit and it will not show up when I hit pay now store credit does not pop-up to pay with had i known this i would have asked for cash back
