What're the difference between Tint lens, Photochromic lens and Polarized lens?

The effect of the tinted lens is thorough and only one tint color matters indoors or outside.

The photochromic lens is transparent indoors while the color darkens outside.

The polarized lens has the same color indoors and outdoors, and its effect is better than the tinted lens and can filter harmful UV.
